Player Registration

Fall 2024 registration will open May 5, 2024 and run through July 15.  A late fee of $25 is added for registrations after July 15. 
  

Find Division

Players are assigned to teams based on their age as of July 31st in the current fall season year, and must be at least 5 years old. To determine your child's Age Group for the upcoming Fall season, refer to the player age chart here. 

Any player can elect to "play up" and be placed on an older team.  However, play-down requests are on a case-by-base basis and typically fall into two categories:

Grade-level play down: To be eligible for a grade-level  "play down," the player needs to have a birth date that is in June or July, but is placed in the next lower grade and is seeking play-down approval to be able to participate with grade-level classmates.

Medical play down:  Typically a doctor's note is needed to justify a medical play down. Anyone seeking this kind of play down for the LVR House League (U7-U9) should reach out to the LVR Head Registrar.  For players in City League soccer (U10+), SYSA requires families to submit a form for approval. Once approved, each family is notified, as is the LVR club registrar.  For more information, please the SYSA rules and regulations page.

Please note that LVR only has All-Boy and All-Girl teams.  For non-binary gender kids, we encourage parents to communicate with the LVR registrar to find the option that works best for your family.

Register Online

• Log-in to Sports Connect registration and submit a registration for the upcoming Fall season (create a new member login if new to LVR).   
  
  A new parent to the site will first create an account (which is the Register/Login feature at the top of the page https://stacksportsportal.force.com/helpcenter/s/article/ClubParentSupport360023707723ClubPlatformOnlineRegistration?b=0011T00002R7RGIQA3). They will add their players to their account and then either from your website or from their dashboard, they will be able to then register their players to the program. Registrations will be accommodated on a space-available basis after the early registration period, even for returning players. LVR does not typically close registration, but we may create a waitlist for certain Age Groups depending on the number of coaches available. Credit cards will not be charged unless a spot is made available to the player.  LVR offers a full refund until September 30.

 

2024 Registration Fees

U6 Player Academy - $85

U7-U9 House League - $100

U10+ City League - $160

Registration will open May 5, 2024

Priority registration will close July 15, 2024

A late fee of $25 will be assessed for registrations beginning on July 16 and through the start of the season.  Please register before July 15 to secure your spot on a team.  Players registering on July 16 or later are not guaranteed a spot on their former team and may be waitlisted.  We do our best to accommodate late registering players

Financial aid scholarships are available and it is easy.  Please contact LVR Head Registrar for more information.

Verify Age

Proof-of-age is required for LVR Soccer Club players. Players who have submitted through Affinity previously do not need to send this in again. Pictures of any of following documents are acceptable to verify age:

☑ Passport
☑ Birth Registration
☑ Board of Health Record
☑ Alien Registration Card
☑ Immigration Certificate

Proof-of-age documents need to show the document name/type, child name, and date-of-birth; all other information may be "whited-out." You can also take a photo of one of these documents with your phone (needs to be legible), or save it as a PDF and upload it into the Sports Connect registration system.

A player is not eligible to play in games until LVR Soccer Club has received proof-of-age.
